Returns

  • You have a 7-day window to return an item starting from the day it is delivered.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. All tags and labels should remain attached.
  • Additionally, please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase, such as an invoice or delivery note.
  • LaPashma reserves the right to deny a return if the product is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Shipping in case of return
  • You will be responsible for sending the return package to the specified address. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. To help us efficiently process your return, include your La Pashma order ID and your name on the package. Additionally, you can send the tracking details of your return package to [email protected].

Refunds

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of its arrival. Once the inspection is complete, we will update you on the status of your refund. This process may take up to 7 working days from the date we receive your returned item.

Exchange Policy

We only provide replacements for items that have manufacturing defects or are damaged upon delivery. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or are dissatisfied with its quality, please email us at [email protected] and send the item back to us. Exchanges are limited to the situations mentioned above.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number. We can process your cancellation and refund your amount only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment
    1. If a customer cancels their order before it is shipped, no cancellation fee will be charged.
    2. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, with no additional charges, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method only.
  2. Cancellation After Shipment
    1. If a customer requests cancellation after the item has been shipped or handed over to the courier, a flat fee of Rs. 500 will be deducted from the original payment method to cover the facilitation and courier charges incurred.
